    Nutritional coaching

    Process through which the coachee identifies and overcomes his obstacles, creates the right environment and adopts the attitude and determination necessary to achieve a change in his diet, managing to improve other aspects of himself and his lifestyle.

    General objectives

    Changing the mental chip so that the person learns to love himself, thus naturally making his body ask him for more and more nutritious food without effort. Thus achieving the necessary motivation so that daily eating is part of living, and not part of suffering.

    Through Nutritional Coaching, the person can identify and release the physical, mental and emotional habits that, together with their body and food, are causing weight gain or inability to lose weight, regardless of the food eaten.

    Specific objectives

    o Discover the emotional cause why the person cannot lose weight.

    o​​ Overcoming the physical, mental and emotional habits of the person’s body, which prevent them from losing weight.

    o​​ Incorporate Nutritional Coaching techniques to reprogram metabolism, and thus eat without gaining weight.

    o Accept, respect and love the body to leave behind looking in the mirror and find yourself fat, and so the body can begin to heal.

    o Have simple and effective recommendations for healthy eating.

    o Learn motivation strategies that will increase discipline and commitment to eating.

    o Overcome the barriers of the environment avoiding thoughts and emotions that do not allow eating as the person would like.

    Results

    At the end of the activity the participant will be able to:

    o Having recognized and released the physical, mental and emotional habits with which your body and food are causing weight gain.

    o Having incorporated habits that allow them to achieve the body they want.

    o Increase your basal metabolism.

    o Achieve love even more the body and the image of oneself.

    o Know the causes and consequences of inadequate food intake.

    o Recognize the foods you should eat to mitigate your metabolic and nutritional disorder.

    o Identify practices and behaviors that benefit their nutritional status.
